Are your products made to order? Yes! Every item in our shop is custom printed just for you the moment you place your order. This means no sitting in a warehouse, no mass production — just a fresh, quality piece made specifically for you.
What brands do you print on? We use quality blanks including Next Level and Gildan depending on the style. Each product listing specifies the brand and material so you always know what you’re getting.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos? We do our best to represent colors accurately in our photos. However slight variations can occur between screens and in real life printing. If you have color questions before ordering feel free to reach out!
📏 Sizing
How do I know what size to order? Every product has a detailed size guide in the listing — please check it carefully before ordering! Since every item is made to order we are unable to exchange for a different size after purchase.
Do your shirts run true to size? It depends on the style. Check the individual product size guide for fit notes. When in doubt size up!
What if I order the wrong size? Because every item is custom printed to order we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for incorrect size selections. We strongly encourage checking the size guide before placing your order. If you have any sizing questions before you buy just contact us and we’ll help you choose!
📦 Shipping
How long will my order take? Orders typically take 2-7 business days to produce and then ship. Once shipped delivery usually takes an additional 3-5 business days within the US. Total estimated time from order to doorstep is around 5-14 business days.
Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, no. At the moment, we are only shipping within the United States.
Will I get a tracking number? Absolutely! Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
What if my order is taking longer than expected? Production and shipping delays can occasionally happen. If your order is past the estimated timeframe please reach out to us at hello@sidehustlethreads.com and we will look into it right away!
🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
What is your return policy? Because every item is custom printed to order we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections. We know that’s different from traditional retail and we appreciate your understanding — it’s just the nature of made to order products!
What if my order arrives damaged or defective? We’ve got you! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
We will make it right with a free reprint or a full refund. No need to send the item back!
What if my order gets lost in transit? If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but never arrived please contact us right away at hello@sidehustlethreads.com. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
What if I received the wrong item? That’s on us and we will fix it immediately! Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will send you the correct item at no charge.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout powered by Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our end.
Is checkout secure? Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Stripe’s industry leading secure payment system.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Because production begins quickly after an order is placed we have a very small window for cancellations or changes. Please contact us immediately at hello@sidehustlethreads.com if you need to make a change and we will do our best to catch it in time. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
