Welcome to Side Hustle Threads! By accessing or purchasing from our store at https://sidehustlethreads.com/, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store.
1. General Information
Side Hustle Threads is an independent print-on-demand apparel brand operated by Side Hustle Threads, located in Palatka, Florida. We sell custom printed apparel and merchandise through our online store powered by WooCommerce and fulfilled by Printify.
2. Products
2.1 Made to Order
All products sold through Side Hustle Threads are custom printed to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your purchase is placed. As a result we do not hold inventory and products are not pre-made.
2.2 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products including colors, sizing, and materials. However slight variations may occur due to screen settings, monitor calibration, and the nature of print-on-demand production. Minor variations in print placement of up to 0.5 inches are considered within normal tolerance for direct-to-garment printed products.
2.3 Sizing
Each product listing includes a detailed size guide. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the size guide before placing an order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections.
3. Orders
3.1 Order Acceptance
Placing an order through our store constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
3.2 Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested immediately. Please contact us at hello@sidehustlethreads.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun with our print provider.
3.3 Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices you will be charged.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping.
4.3 Taxes
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping
5.1 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and produced within 2 to 7 business days. This production time is separate from shipping transit time.
5.2 Shipping Times
Standard domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days after production. International shipping times vary by destination. Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 business days for domestic orders.
5.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.4 Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to sender due to an invalid address, a reshipment fee may apply.
5.5 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at hello@sidehustlethreads.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
6.1 Made to Order Policy
Because all products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selections, or change of mind. All sales are final on our custom printed items.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@sidehustlethreads.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
We will offer a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion. You are not required to return the damaged item.
6.3 Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item at no additional charge.
6.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All designs, graphics, slogans, logos, and content displayed on Side Hustle Threads are the intellectual property of Side Hustle Threads or its respective creators. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our designs or content without express written permission.
7.2 User Submitted Content
If you submit photos, reviews, or other content to our store or social media pages you grant Side Hustle Threads a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Side Hustle Threads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that our store will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of our store is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using our store you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third Party Services
Our store uses third party services including Printify for product fulfillment, Stripe for payment processing, and WooCommerce for store management. By placing an order you acknowledge that these services may collect and process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
